Keynote Speakers to Address Personal, Professional Transformation at 2019 WorldatWork Total Rewards Conference & Exhibition

April 16th, 2019 (Scottsdale, Ariz.) - WorldatWork, the leading nonprofit professional association in compensation and total rewards, has announced the keynote speakers for the 2019 WorldatWork Total Rewards Conference & Exhibition taking place from May 6-8 in Orlando, FL.

Opening Keynote: Chris “Bash” Bashinelli, Monday, May 6th

TV personality Chris “Bash” Bashinelli, host of the popular show, “Bridge the Gap” on PBS and the National Geographic Channel, will deliver the opening keynote address, “Cultivating Connection,” on Monday, May 6 from 9-10am. He will share three essential steps needed to deepen interpersonal relationships  including co-workers, family and friends.

Following an acting career, Bash decided to use media to build bridges between cultures. In his early 20’s, he became the youngest moderator for the United Nations and now travels the globe to discover what it’s like to walk in someone else’s shoes.

Closing Keynote: Neil Pasricha, Wednesday, May 8th

The New York Times bestselling author and positive psychology researcher Neil Pasricha is director, The Happiness Institute, an advocacy group with resources that increase happiness within businesses and organizations. He will deliver the closing keynote address, “Be Happy First. Resilience and Breakthrough Performance in Times of Change,” on Wednesday, May 8 at 11am.

Pasricha’s popular books, The Happiness Equation and The Book of Awesome series, have sold over a million copies worldwide.
